Load-in times for camping patrons are as follows:

Friday – noon – 12:00am
Saturday and Sunday – 8:00am – 12:00am

Load-out for camping patrons staying through Sunday night must exit the site no later than 10:00am Monday.

CONCERT AND LOUNGE HOURS

GA, VIP and Premium ticket holders will have equal access to the Come & Take It Lounge. There is NOT a separate ticket to get into the lounge.

Saturday: 11:00am – 12:00am

Sunday: 11:00am-12:00am

Patrons will NOT be allowed to camp inside a running vehicle (i.e. ignition turned on). No exceptions. Tents should not be set up near the exhaust pipes of vehicles. Security will be monitoring the campgrounds 24 hours a day and you will be asked to move your tent/vehicle if in violation.

Porta Potties and Hand Wash Stations are provided for the campgrounds. 

WAIT TIMES

In an effort to be 100% transparent with our patrons, we want festival-goers to understand that there will be a wait time when leaving the site. Expect 1-2 hour wait times when loading out of the venue on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening. Please be prepared to wait in your vehicle for an extended period of time. Bring water, snacks, etc. Sunday will have the longest wait times to exit the venue. Peak load-out hours will be from 11pm-2am. If you and/or your group is looking to beat the traffic we would advise a 4am-8am load-out. 

RE-ENTRY

Re-entry is allowed. You will have to present your parking pass upon re-entry. You will also have to make your way back through security and the cues to enter. Any patron who does not present their parking pass upon re-entry must buy another parking pass. No exceptions.

ILLEGAL PARKING

All cars parked in fire lanes, restricted areas and/or cars left on site after the festival has ended will be towed. Please email info@cattlecountryfest.com with towing questions.

PRIVATE PORTA POTTY

Did you purchase a private porta potty for your campground? Friendly reminder – 6 people max

GLAMPING

Glamping Tents are allowed 4 people max. By renting a Glamping Tent with one bed your group is welcome to bring two additional blow up mattresses for two additional people.  

VIP CAMPING

VIP Camping areas will have an exclusive comfort station area with AC Bathroom Trailers, Free showers, water stations, porta potties and hand sanitation stations.  

ELECTRICITY AND HOOKUPS 

20×20 GA and VIP Car Camping Spaces have NO electricity or hookups.

GA and VIP Camping areas are primitive camping areas. There is no water or electricity hook ups. Please come prepared to camp under the TEXAS SKY!!!

CAMPGROUND SHOWERS

$5 showers are available from 7:00am – 11:00am and 5:00pm – 12:00am each day. Tokens for the shower can be purchased from the box office – maps with shower locations coming soon. 

CAMPGROUND SECURITY

Rest easy knowing there’s 24-hour security on the campgrounds. 

IMPORTANT: Gates are locked 1 hour after the site is cleared and all day parkers have left for the evening. No entry or exit will be allowed after gates are locked.

OPEN FLAMES/FIREWORKS

No campfires, outside fires/flames or fireworks allowed. You will be asked to leave the site IMMEDIATELY if you are caught with fireworks. 

TRASH

Please do not LITTER! Keep your site clean and don’t leave any trash upon exit. Crews will come around 4 times a day at 10:00am, 2:00pm, 6:00pm and 10:00pm to collect trash. If you miss the collection times, please use the dumpsters on site to dispose of trash. 

WATER STATIONS

Free water will be available at festival water stations around the site.  Site map coming soon with water station and bathroom locations. 

GENERAL STORE

The General Store at Cattle Country will have everything the local convenience store has and the prices will be affordable. Please utilize our general store and save yourself a trip! Full menu of items will be available on our website soon.
