Esaul Ramos Jr.
2M Smokehouse — San Antonio, TXEsaul Ramos Jr. is the Owner and Pitmaster behind 2M Smokehouse in San Antonio, Texas. A two-time James Beard Award nominee, Ramos has earned wide acclaim for his barbecue, including a Michelin Recommendation and spots on Texas Monthly's Top BBQ Joints list in both 2021 and 2025.
Lance Eaker
Eaker BBQ — Fredericksburg, TXLance Eaker is the pitmaster and co-owner of Eaker Barbecue in Fredericksburg, Texas. He and his wife, Boo Eaker, built the business around a bold vision that blends traditional Texas barbecue with Korean-inspired sides and desserts. While the menu honors the classics, dishes like the Gochujang ribs helped secure Eaker Barbecue a place on Texas Monthly's Top BBQ Joints list in 2021.
Bryan Gonzales
BBQ Co-Op — Co-FounderBryan Gonzales is a pitmaster and co-founder of BBQ Co-Op, a collaborative community built around sharing smokers, equipment, and resources so others can grow. With years of experience cooking at events and pop-ups, Gonzales brings both skill and community spirit to the craft. He will assist Esaul Ramos and Lance Eaker as they prepare food for this year's festival.

Camping Load-In:
Friday 12pm–12am;
Saturday 8am–12am.
Camping Load-Out:
All RV's + Vehicles must be
out by 10am Monday.
Peak exit hours: 11pm–2am.
Best exit window: 4am–8am.
No camping inside running vehicles
(ignition on) or setting tents near
exhaust pipes. Security will enforce.
Porta Potties and hand wash
stations are available in
festival campgrounds.

RV Load-In: Friday 12pm–12am, Saturday/Sunday 8am–12am.
RV Load-Out: All RV's + Vehicles must be out by 10am Monday.
Expect 1–2 hour wait times on exit, w/the longest delays on Sunday evening.
Bring water/snacks & plan for extended wait times in your vehicle during load in/out.
Peak exit hours: 11pm–2am. Best exit window: 4am–8am.

Parking tickets are first come first serve - buying in advance is recommended
Re-entry is allowed - must present parking pass upon re-entering.
Lost/forgotten parking pass will require purchase upon re-entry.
The earlier you arrive, the closer to the festival you will be
Gates to parking lot close each night 1 hour after all vehicles have exited
Parking spots and proximity to festival will be limited; Carpooling is recommended.
Vehicles in fire lanes, restricted areas, or left after the festival ends will be towed.
