Thank you for your interest in covering the inaugural Cattle Country Music Festival, taking place April 10–12, 2026 in Gonzales, Texas. Please review the important rules and requirements below before submitting your application.
- Completing this application is a request and does not guarantee approval.
- You must be on assignment with confirmed coverage from your media outlet to be considered for credentials.
- Individual applications are required.
- If granted, credentials are valid only for designated media areas, including photo pit access. They do not grant access to on or backstage areas.
- Personal assistants, associates, sales representatives, or other similar staff employed by media outlets do not qualify for media credentials. Guests or family members traveling or attending with journalists also do not qualify for media credentials.
- The deadline to submit applications is March 28th, 2026.
- Confirmation of approved credentials will be sent via email by April 5th along with further instructions for attaining your credential and check-in.
Photography:
Any credentialed photographers are only permitted to photograph Cattle Country Festival grounds and crowd ONLY. Photo clearance for all headlining artists must be coordinated via Cattle Country Festival. Approval to photograph headlining artists will be at the sole discretion of Cattle Country and artist management, and you will be notified by a Cattle Fest representative if you've been approved. DO NOT contact an artist management directly.
Videography:
Cattle Country Festival Management will NOT allow video cameras/recording devices inside festival grounds except for
directly approved and sourced individuals. The use of any video cameras/recording devices is forbidden. If any reporter,
camera person or crew are in violation of this policy, their credentials will be revoked immediately, jeopardizing credential
privileges of the entire media outlet in which they represent. While use of video cameras/recording devices is not permitted
inside festival grounds, you may record or go live from outside the festival gates and the perimeter of the festival grounds.
