Load in times are: Thursday 12pm – 12am, Friday and Saturday 8am – 12am.
Load out: No later than 10am Sunday
Expect 1-2 hour wait times to load out of venue on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening.
Be prepared to wait in your vehicle for extended time. Bring water, snacks, etc. Saturday will have the longest wait times to exit the venue.
Peak load out hours will be 11pm-2am. 4am-8am is ideal time to load out.
No camping inside a running vehicle (i.e. ignition turned on), no exceptions. Tents should not be set up near the exhaust pipes of vehicles. Security will be monitoring this and you will be asked to move your tent/vehicle if in violation.
Porta Potties and Hand Wash Stations are provided for the campgrounds.

Re-entry is allowed. You will have to present your parking pass upon re-entry

The earlier you arrive the closer you will be to the concert grounds
The gates close each night one hour after we clear the site of all exiting vehicles
All cars parked in fire lanes or restricted areas and cars left on site after the festival has ended will be towed. Please email info@cattlecountryfest.com with towing questions.
